Founded in 1943 by Reuben Nadler, Nadler's Meats continues to be a small, family owned and operated business located in Wellington, Missouri. Nadler's originally began as a meat processing company owned and run by Reuben and his wife, Edith, where they processed approximately 2000 beefs and hogs annually.

Highly recommended! The family owned business has a at home feel to it. Honest business that takes care of their customers butcher needs. Also have a lot of in store goodies! Beef sticks, steaks, sausage, summer sausage (made in house) and T-shirt's and hoodies for sale! They also gave me some bones for my dog! What a kind gesture! Take some time to look them up!
Nadler's catered my daughter's wedding this past weekend. The food was so good, especially the meat! But I was more impressed with the staff, they helped set up decorations when things were delayed because of rain, they served the cake and made the punch I threw at them at the last minute. I didn't have to worry about a thing and that is the most important part. So grateful for everything they did!
Have known the Nadlers for decades, great family. Have been to many events over the years that they catered and the food/service has been wonderful every time. Their meat processing is awesome too. I've had lots of deer and sides of beef processed there with absolutely no complaints. The snack sticks they make are some of the greatest things on the planet and are a staple at my house as well as other people that I know.
This was the first year of taking deer to Nadlers.... I wont be going anywhere else. The folks there are very kind, and helpful with their process. The whole operation is very organized, which is great when opening weekend is busy.The final product is wonderful too!! I have a full freezer this year and will hopefully be picking up more from them soon.
Nadlers is the only place I take my deer to process. I have been going there for 20 years and have never been disappointed. I have tried other places and wasn't impressed. The staff is friendly and helpful. Try their jalapeno and chedder snack sticks and summer sausage. Family owned and operated, they also cater events.
